Pick Mountain, Festivals or Races, give it a name and an end time. No sign-up: 20 seconds.

On WhatsApp or with the six-letter code. Whoever opens it types a name and is on the map.

Everyone at their own pace. Meeting points, "I'm OK", "Arrived", "I need help". When the group expires, everything is deleted.
This has happened to you
SkiingWe go skiing with friends and we're not all the same level. We spend more time looking for each other than enjoying the slopes: "everyone ski top to bottom and we'll meet at the base". At the base: four calls and half an hour.
Hike and trailWith OnSou, trail runners can each go at their own pace for a good while and regroup wherever it suits. Until now the strongest one strolled and the weakest spent the day worrying about getting lost. And knowing where everyone is brings a peace of mind that's hard to price.
Street partySpend half the night looking for your mates around the squares? Over. Open the map and there they are. Go to the festival without worrying about losing anyone.
Race dayOn race day the crew is spread across the mountain: start/finish, aid stations, checkpoints, sweeper, medics. Until now: radios and phone calls. With OnSou everyone is on the same map and you can see who is closest to a problem. And families open that same map to go and watch their runner go by.

Do I need an account?+
No. No email, no phone. Open the link, type a name, you're in.
Who can see me?+
Only the people in your group, and only while OnSou is open. Ghost mode takes you off the map whenever you want.
Does it work without coverage?+
Not yet. Mobile coverage is needed to send and receive positions. Ski resorts usually have it; high mountains not always. We're working on it.
What about battery?+
OnSou sends your position only when you move and only while it's open. It uses about as much as a map, not a game.
What happens to my data?+
The latest position of each member, nothing more. When the group expires it's deleted within 10 minutes. We never sell or share data.
How much is it?+
For groups of friends, nothing. For resorts, clubs and organisers, let's talk.
Can I track the runners?+
No. OnSou is not timing or bib tracking: in local races runners don't carry a phone. The map shows the routes, the organisation's points and the people in your group —volunteers, sweeper, medics, family— who do.
