Owner
OnSou (onsou.app) is a service run by Carles Riera Avila, tax ID 40357547E, address Plaça Mercat, 22-30, 17800 Olot. Contact: carlesrieraavila@gmail.com.
OnSou is in a trial phase (beta). The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or absence of errors.
What OnSou is
OnSou is a web app for creating temporary groups whose members share their position on a map, meeting points and statuses ("I'm OK", "Arrived", "I need help") while the group is active.
OnSou is not an emergency or rescue service. The "I need help" button alerts the other people in your group and, if the group belongs to a participating venue (resort, festival, race), the on-duty service that venue has set up. OnSou only relays the alert: it does not guarantee it is received or acted on, it depends on coverage and on the device, and the venue, not OnSou, is who responds. In an emergency call 112.
Intellectual property
The OnSou name, symbol and design belong to the owner. Maps come from OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap, OpenFreeMap and OpenSnowMap under their own licences (ODbL and CC-BY-SA), credited on the map itself.
Law
This notice is governed by Spanish law, in particular Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI-CE).
