Acceptance
By creating or joining a group you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Responsible use
OnSou is for meeting people who consent to it. Do not use it to track anyone without their knowledge, to harass, or for any illegal activity. Do not join under a name that impersonates someone else.
You are responsible for whom you give the group link or code to.
No safety guarantee
Position depends on the device's GPS, coverage and battery, and may be inaccurate or fail to update. OnSou does not replace planning, equipment or common sense in the mountains, on snow or at a crowded event. "I need help" alerts your group and, where applicable, the venue's on-duty service; it does not alert emergency services or replace a call. OnSou alerts, it does not rescue: in an emergency call 112.
Availability
OnSou is a trial version. We may modify, interrupt or withdraw the service without notice. Groups expire automatically at the time chosen by their creator.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, nor for the conduct of other users.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence apply.
