A tool for finding each other. And for being found.
OnSou puts your venue on the map of every group that enters it, and wires the "I need help" button to your on-duty team: exact position, time, and a confirmation the person can see. No app to install, no sign-up, your branding.
00 · What it is
- Your own link and QR: whoever scans it creates a group inside your venue, with your points on the map (lifts, aid stations, stages, first aid).
- A help button that doesn't just alert friends: it alerts your on-duty team, with the position, and tells the person someone has seen it.
- A console for whoever responds: alarm, map, response time, log. And checkpoint control for races.
Protocol of an alert
The person's phone and the venue console. Same instant.
- 01
Press the button
One-tap confirmation (at festivals, press and hold two seconds: no finger pranks). The current position is captured.

The alert arrives
Within 10 seconds: audible alarm, map marker, name, group, headcount, battery, coordinates and elapsed time. Push to on-duty phones too.

Received, and a reply
The responder presses "Received" or straight away "On our way". The person sees it instantly. That is what changes how waiting feels.

If there is no coverage
The alert is stored and sent automatically when the signal returns, with the real time it was pressed. Meanwhile: coordinates at hand, 112 (works on any carrier) and an SMS to the on-duty phone with the position. OnSou alerts, it does not rescue.

A note on what was done, or "False alert" (blocks the device for 12 hours). Every alert keeps its sent, received and closed times: the report you will want.

What it is not

- It tracks nobody outside the group: positions are deleted when the group expires.
